Bank Top started the brighter and were quickly on the board when Michael Hustler crossed in the corner for an unconverted try.
Wibsey hit back five minutes later when Harry Hall dived over near the posts to allow Andy Robinson an easy conversion to make it 6-4.
Bank Top retook the lead when the lively Adam Mitchell crashed over but again the score went unconverted.
With nothing to choose between the sides at the 20-minute mark, the game exploded and Wibsey seized the initiative with four tries in a devastating ten-minute spell.
First Michael Horrocks skipped over before a neat reverse pass from Robinson allowed Chris Vogal to dive over. Minutes later, Chris Marsh extended the Warriors lead before speedster Nick Fontaine weaved his way over from 30 metres out.
Wibsey started the second half in similar fashion and it wasn’t long before Hall took the chance to grabbed his second try of the afternoon.
Bank Top showed some real spirit and fought back fiercely. First Mitchell saw an opportunity at the play the ball and dived over and that was followed by a fine Cameron Harrison effort.
Any suggestion of comeback was ended though when Ryan Smith cantered over on 58 minutes, although Jason Gelder did quickly reply for Bank Top.
Man of the Match Robinson rubbed salt in to the wounds when his ball steal saw him crash over, leaving just enough time for team-mate Dave Coates to complete the scoring and see the cup make the short journey up the hill to Wibsey.
